Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

What you'll do

• Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars based on business goals, audience interests, and platform requirements.
• Research industry topics, trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Develop and coordinate posts, carousels, videos, reels, articles, and other formats.
• Monitor reach, engagement, audience growth, and content performance.
• Maintain consistency in the company's communication and brand presence.
• Use AI tools for research, content ideas, analysis, optimisation, and improving work efficiency.

What we look for

• BBA or MBA (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Smart, presentable, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to think independently rather than simply follow instructions.
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to make work more efficient and effective.

Nice to have

• Personal or portfolio work on Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
• Basic experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Prior internship in a digital marketing agency or in-house content team.
