Marketing & Business Development Executive

What you'll do

• Research target companies, prospects, and new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.
• Connect with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Maintain lead records and track ongoing opportunities.
• Support proposals, presentations, and other business development activities.
• Use AI tools effectively for research, prospecting, analysis, communication, and day-to-day work.

What we look for

• BBA or MBA (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Smart, presentable, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to think independently rather than simply follow instructions.
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to make work more efficient and effective.

Nice to have

• Prior internship in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
• Basic understanding of B2B / IT services.
