Government & Public-Sector Portfolio
From a Gram Panchayat's ledger to a statewide health dashboard. Six engagements across e-Governance, public health, infrastructure and rural / co-operative digital systems.
The practice
Over the last few years OnPoint Nexus has quietly built a portfolio spanning the full width of public-sector digital delivery. From the financial reconciliation of a Gram Panchayat, to municipal property tax, to a statewide public-health platform, to the monitoring of police-housing construction across Maharashtra.
Every one of these systems was built as a working proof of concept, demonstrated to the concerned authority, and taken as far as the engagement allowed. Some are live and in daily use. Others are in active design and pilot conversations.
We build for the whole hierarchy — State, District, Block and Gram Panchayat — with role-based access, clean reporting, local-language interfaces, and an AI layer that turns raw administrative data into decisions.
Portfolio at a glance
Panchayat Financial Intelligence — XV Finance Commission reporting across the full State–District–Block–GP hierarchy.
Smart Property Tax Management — registration, generation, collection and statutory Namuna 8/9/10 reporting.
Statewide digital health identity per family with State & DHO command dashboard and an AI decision-support layer.
Project & Contractor Monitoring — site progress, invoices, compliance and a full digital audit trail.
Vet, Farmer and Admin apps for a union serving 1,800+ villages and 4.4L+ producers, wired to government livestock schemes.
Six-stage IWRM field toolkit with KoboToolbox data collection, generating Water Resource Management Plans for local bodies.
Why OnPoint for Government
Whole-hierarchy thinking
We design for State, District, Block and Gram Panchayat together, so the same data serves an officer, a citizen and an auditor.
Statutory & scheme fluency
XV Finance Commission reporting, Namuna 8/9/10, ABHA, NHM, Ayushman Bharat, Pashu Aadhaar. We build to the frameworks government already runs on.
Local language by default
Marathi-first interfaces and AI assistants, because adoption in the field depends on it.
AI as decision support
Grievance routing, scheme matching, risk prediction and disease surveillance framed as tools that help officials act, not dashboards that sit idle.
Proof before scale
Each engagement in this portfolio was demonstrated as a working proof of concept before any talk of rollout.
“Government software earns trust one screen at a time. We build systems an officer, a citizen and an auditor can all rely on — from a Gram Panchayat's ledger to a state health dashboard — and we prove them in the field before we scale them.”
How we engage
01 · Proof of Concept
A working demo on real workflows, so the department sees the system before committing.
02 · Pilot
A rollout in one district, council or union to validate adoption and measurable impact.
03 · Scale
Phased expansion across the hierarchy with role-based access, reporting and integrations added as the mandate grows.
