The practice

Government software should be judged by whether an officer, a citizen, and an auditor can all trust the same screen.

Over the last few years OnPoint Nexus has quietly built a portfolio spanning the full width of public-sector digital delivery. From the financial reconciliation of a Gram Panchayat, to municipal property tax, to a statewide public-health platform, to the monitoring of police-housing construction across Maharashtra.

Every one of these systems was built as a working proof of concept, demonstrated to the concerned authority, and taken as far as the engagement allowed. Some are live and in daily use. Others are in active design and pilot conversations.

We build for the whole hierarchy — State, District, Block and Gram Panchayat — with role-based access, clean reporting, local-language interfaces, and an AI layer that turns raw administrative data into decisions.

Why OnPoint for Government

What sets our public-sector work apart.

Whole-hierarchy thinking

We design for State, District, Block and Gram Panchayat together, so the same data serves an officer, a citizen and an auditor.

Statutory & scheme fluency

XV Finance Commission reporting, Namuna 8/9/10, ABHA, NHM, Ayushman Bharat, Pashu Aadhaar. We build to the frameworks government already runs on.

Local language by default

Marathi-first interfaces and AI assistants, because adoption in the field depends on it.

AI as decision support

Grievance routing, scheme matching, risk prediction and disease surveillance framed as tools that help officials act, not dashboards that sit idle.

Proof before scale

Each engagement in this portfolio was demonstrated as a working proof of concept before any talk of rollout.

“Government software earns trust one screen at a time. We build systems an officer, a citizen and an auditor can all rely on — from a Gram Panchayat's ledger to a state health dashboard — and we prove them in the field before we scale them.”

How we engage

Three stages. No surprises.

01 · Proof of Concept

Working demonstration

A working demo on real workflows, so the department sees the system before committing.

02 · Pilot

Bounded rollout

A rollout in one district, council or union to validate adoption and measurable impact.

03 · Scale

Phased expansion

Phased expansion across the hierarchy with role-based access, reporting and integrations added as the mandate grows.
